These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Space City Laundry – West Airport, 6403 West Airport Blvd., Houston, TX 77035. By using the site you agree to them.
Pricing and estimates
Prices shown on this site are current posted prices and may change. The online price estimator produces estimates only; your final price is based on the actual weight of your order measured at drop-off or pickup, with a 15 lb minimum for per-pound services. No payment is collected through this website.
Turnaround times
Published turnaround times are typical, not guaranteed, except that express wash & fold orders are guaranteed same-day completion once accepted by our staff as express. Pickup & delivery timing additionally depends on third-party courier scheduling.
Pickup & delivery
Online orders are placed through CleanCloud and are subject to CleanCloud's own terms. Courier delivery is provided by an independent third party; third-party courier fees are calculated by distance and are typically $7–$10 per trip.
Promotions
Promotions are subject to change and to any conditions stated with the offer. Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, promotions cannot be assumed to combine with other offers — ask an attendant how offers apply to your order.
Garment care
We follow care-label instructions and industry-standard practices. Please point out special items at drop-off. We are not responsible for items left over 30 days, items that fail due to inherent defects, or items not disclosed at drop-off.
